Phosphoric acid regeneration equipment:
Phosphoric acid recovery equipment uses specially developed acid absorbing materials, which can adsorb the free acid in the acid and exclude impurities, such as metal ions.
The acid adsorption process is a reversible process. Water can be used to decompress the dilute adsorbed acid and regenerate the acid absorbing material. The recycled liquid meets the reuse requirements.
Hydrochloric acid regeneration solutions:
Scheme 1: Concentration and regeneration of waste hydrochloric acid
The free concentration ˂5% hydrochloric acid was concentrated to obtain the following three products:
1. Ferrous chloride (crystal);
2. Pure recycled hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 18%-20%;
3. Distilled water (PH 6);
Ferrous chloride (crystals) can be sold to factories in demand or waste recycling plants, or can be used to produce flocculants themselves (additional production line required - option 2);
Pure recycled hydrochloric acid and distilled water (PH 6) with a concentration of 18%--20% can be recycled in pickling production;
Scheme 2: Production of polyferric chloride (flocculant)
The waste hydrochloric acid is added with ferrous chloride (that is, the product in scheme 1), then sodium nitrite is added, and then oxygen is introduced for REDOX and polymerization reaction to obtain polymeric ferric chloride (flocculant). Polyferric chloride (flocculant) can be used in the treatment of sewage and consumed.
