Aluminum ingot soaking furnace:

For soaking heat of aluminum ingot.

The production line is composed of a propelling natural gas soaking furnace, a feeding device, a discharge transfer device, a material seat and return device, a hydraulic pump station, and an electronic control system.

The electronic control of the equipment adopts centralized and independent control, and uses Siemens S7-1500 PLC +PC to control the temperature and logic of the equipment, so as to realize the semi-automatic operation of the whole process of the furnace work from aluminum ingot feeding, vertical turning, entering the furnace, discharging, flat turning and hot furnace ingot transfer.

The aluminum ingot is transferred to the feeding mechanism by the conveyor roller in the workshop. After the alignment of the middle line, the aluminum ingot is turned 90° by the turning mechanism, and the aluminum ingot is placed on a pair of material seats outside the furnace. The aluminum ingot is first turned over, and then slowly falls vertically; The furnace door of the feeding end is opened, and the propulsion mechanism pushes the aluminum ingot that has been placed on the material seat forward into the furnace, and then turns into a low speed and large thrust to push the aluminum ingot of the whole furnace forward into a station and then return at a high speed. Meanwhile, the furnace door is closed, and the vertical turnover mechanism returns to the position, waiting for the next piece of aluminum ingot to enter the furnace;

When the mill completes the rolling of the last piece of ingot, the furnace door at the discharge end is opened, and the hydraulic drawing and discharging mechanism pulls out a piece of hot aluminum ingot. At the same time, the furnace door is closed, and the hydraulic flat turning mechanism is flipped to the transfer roller table, which is transported and rotated 90°. When the aluminum ingot is transported away on the roller table of the mill, wait for the next piece of aluminum ingot to come out.

The discharged material holder is automatically sent back to the feeding end by the return device, where it waits to be charged and pushed into the furnace for the next piece of aluminum ingot.

The above process is repeated, and each piece of material is quickly advanced to meet the needs of semi-continuous production.
