The production line of push-disc carburizing furnace is a kind of heat treatment equipment with high automation degree. It is suitable for carburizing and carburizing of gear, bearing, drill and other mechanical parts in automobile, agricultural vehicle, tractor, bearing, oil drill and other mechanical products.
The whole line consists of: pre-oxidation furnace, carburizing furnace (or quenching and heating furnace), quenching equipment, cleaning equipment, tempering furnace, automatic control system, according to the production capacity can be designed into a single row furnace, double row furnace, or three row furnace.

Push-rod furnace

The production line of push-disc carburizing furnace is a kind of heat treatment equipment with high automation degree. It is suitable for carburizing and carburizing of gear, bearing, drill and other mechanical parts in automobile, agricultural vehicle, tractor, bearing, oil drill and other mechanical products.

The whole line consists of: pre-oxidation furnace, carburizing furnace (or quenching and heating furnace), quenching equipment, cleaning equipment, tempering furnace, automatic control system, according to the production capacity can be designed into a single row furnace, double row furnace, or three row furnace.

Equipment Features:

● The pretreatment furnace adopts centrifugal fan, radiation tube heater, hot air circulation heating furnace temperature hook up to ±5 ℃ parts after pretreatment, can improve the carburizing speed and layer uniformity.

● Unique bottom feeding device, the workpiece after pre-oxidation through the unique bottom charging device into the carburizing chamber, can reduce the amount of atmosphere in the furnace, the impact of charging on the carbon potential in the furnace is reduced, the carbon black in the furnace is reduced.

● Carburizing furnace electric heat radiation tube heating using silicon control power regulating device, intelligent instrument continuous adjustment temperature control, furnace temperature uniformity up to ±7℃, parts after carburizing layer depth deviation can be controlled within ±0.1 mm. Gas burners can also be used, using gas and other fuels, heating thermal efficiency of up to 80%.

● A variety of carburizing atmosphere options, can use endothermal atmosphere, nitrogen methanol atmosphere or other drip atmosphere.

● The carbon potential control system is composed of imported carbon potential control instrument, oxygen carbon head and regulating valve. The carbon potential of the furnace gas is controlled by the carburizing furnace, and the control accuracy is ±0.05%℃.

● Carburized parts can be directly quenched, press quenching or slow cooling, complete functions.

● Multi-function cleaning machine, single chamber structure, with dipping, spraying function, process time adjustable, water temperature, liquid level automatic control, and equipped with oil-water separator, good cleaning effect, waste oil can be recycled.

● Low temperature tempering furnace adopts centralized heating hot air circulation mode, furnace temperature can reach ±3℃.

● The bottom tray conveyor track is silicon carbide, which has excellent high temperature corrosion resistance, high strength and small friction coefficient.

● The push-disc furnace control system consists of industrial control PC, program execution master control system and operation execution platform, which constitute a complete set of distributed control mode. The user can view the running status of all the equipment through the operation console and IPC display screen. On the PC screen, you can learn the system overview, process parameters, material tray tracking, offline simulation, password management, system help, launch and other information.

● Continuous carburizing automatic line energy consumption and well furnace can save energy 40 -- 50% at the same time save manpower, auxiliary materials, and reduce environmental pollution.
